Driver conditions

• Minimum age 25 years

• Have a valid driving license (B1) with two years old

• More drivers who meet the same age and license requirements may be added to the contract.

Minimum rent

• 3 days.

Deposit

• It has full insurance, with 24 hour roadside assistance.

• In anticipation of damages, it is necessary a deposit of € 700 by credit / debit card or transfer upon delivery of the camper.

• The deposit will be returned within a maximum period of 2 business days from the day after delivery.

Vehicle reservation

To make the rental reservation effective, it will be made as follows:

• 40% of the total price as a down payment.

• The remaining 60% must be paid before or simultaneously at the time of delivery of the vehicle, by transfer, cash or card.

If for reasons beyond the control of the landlord, such as breakdown, accident or similar, the motorhome cannot be delivered on the indicated day, the tenant may only claim the amount paid.

Cancellation of the reservation

In the event that the client cancels the requested reservation, the following penalties will apply to the amount paid:

• If the cancellation is communicated before 30 days from the start of the rental: 50%.

• If communicated between 30 and 16 days before the start of the rental: 80%.

• If you communicate with less than 16 days until the start of the rental: 100%.

Delivery and Return

• Delivery and return at Palma Airport will have a fixed price of € 100, while delivery / return at Peguera will be free.

• The camper must be returned in the same delivery conditions, clean inside and with the waste water (gray water) and toilet (black water) tanks empty. Otherwise, a supplement of €25.00 will be charged for waste water (gray water), and / or €25.00 for WC water (black water) and €50.00 will be charged for cleaning the interior and exterior.

• The fuel tank is delivered full and must be returned, if not, a surcharge of €20.00 will be charged plus the amount of fuel at the market price.

• In the event that the tenant, by his own unilateral decision, starts the rental late or ends early, he will not be entitled to any refund.

Prohibitions

• Smoking is forbidden inside the camper.
